With a Master’s Degree in Social Service Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Hong Kong, Navy brings over 18 years of impactful experience to the table.

His journey in Hong Kong’s visually impaired service sector has been nothing short of remarkable. As a seasoned professional, Navy has excelled in senior management roles, spearheading successful ventures in product and business development. Notably, he led a social enterprise to achieve annual sales exceeding HKD 15 million (CAD 2.4 million)
Navy's expertise extends beyond traditional business realms. He is a trusted consultant in assistive facilities and technology for visually impaired individuals, contributing significantly to the advancement of inclusive solutions. His project management prowess is evident in the successful execution of various R&D initiatives, including cloud-based navigation systems, AI image recognition, and tactile graphic production, all aimed at enhancing accessibility and independence.
